                                   Opinions - General Public

Peter Bailey - Redfern. 1st March 2010.

Let's put aside the question of who is more believable - the parents of the intellectually disabled who have shown themselves to be caring, loving and compassionate, or Paul Lynch, whose achievements in public life have amounted to almost nothing.

His defence against RASAID's claim that he gave in-principle support to their accommodation solution by signing his name in the air was that he wouldn't have done it because the land had not been secured.

Shouldn't he have said, ''The land may be a problem, but I'll make it my business to sort this out for you''? His defence is that he is too lazy and ineffectual to have promised his help.
